Single-item orders ship via USPS First Class (1-5 days delivery). More than 2 items ship via USPS Priority Mail (1-3 days delivery).

International packages ship First Class International (5 days to 2 weeks delivery, depending on your country's postal system).

Start the return process by clicking the link in your delivery confirmation email or by contacting a Rustic Pathways Personal Travel Advisor. All items must be in the original condition with original tags attached. All merchandise that has been worn, used, altered or damaged will not be accepted. Pack the item(s) you wish to return using the original packaging.

Items must be returned within 30 days to the return address listed on the return shipping label. Merchandise returned by mail to the warehouse will be processed within approximately 7-10 business days after receipt. You will receive an email confirmation when your return has been completed.

Refunds will be credited to the original form of payment. Please note, any shipping charges incurred at the time of purchase are non-refundable.
